How to Work
Hope Tree B.V. is a youthful and nimble Niche Perfume trading business established in 2022. We focus on high-quality, rare fragrances and presently cater to customers in various global markets.
Minimum Order Quantities
- We provide two types of offers: pre-order and stock.
- For stock offers, our MOQ is usually 5K EUR. Price EXW Rotterdam.
- For pre-orders, the terms are usually included in the offer. You can see it clearly.
- You can certainly place mixed brands in your order. However, for MOQ determination, stock offers can be mixed with brands, while pre-orders need to meet the MOQ requirements of a single brand.
Payment Terms
- For pre-order, we will charge you 10-30% deposit once order got confirmed, and the rest of the amount will be charged when goods are ready to go
- For ready stock, goods will be shipped out when credits are 100% recevied in the bank account
Logistics Options
- If you prefer, you can either pick up your order yourself or have us ship it to you. When we ship, we typically use reliable carriers like DHL, UPS, or DPD, with full insurance included in the shipping cost. The EXW point is usually Rotterdam.
Lead Time
- For our primary brands, we typically buy every 6-8 weeks. Other brands are ordered based on customer demand. Lead time will be specified in the offer.
