We offer three flexible ordering options to suit different business needs: Pre-Orders, Ready Stock, and Package Deals.
Whether you're planning your next inventory purchase or looking for immediate stock opportunities, we're happy to help you find the most suitable option.

Lead times depend on the order type and product availability:

• Pre-Orders: Typically 6–8 weeks after order confirmation and deposit payment.
• Ready Stock: Usually 1–2 working days for immediate warehouse stock, or up to 2–3 weeks depending on availability and fulfillment arrangements.
• Package Deals: Generally follow the same lead times as ready stock.

We'll always communicate the expected timeline before confirming your order, so you know what to expect.

• Pre-Orders
  We work with established supply channels, where products are typically ordered in full-box quantities, usually 6 pieces per reference (6, 12, 18, 24, etc.).
  Minimum order values vary by brand, but €10,000–€20,000 per brand is generally a good starting point.
  
• Ready Stock
  Our standard minimum order value is €5,000.
  Smaller orders are also welcome, subject to a 5% handling surcharge.

A deposit of 10–20% is generally required to confirm a pre-order, depending on the brand and offer.
Once your deposit is received and your order is accepted, we will proceed with placing the order through our supply channel.
The remaining balance is payable once the goods are ready, before shipment or collection.
All our prices are quoted EXW Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless otherwise stated.

As our offers are generally based on EXW Rotterdam, customers are welcome to arrange collection directly from our warehouse using their preferred logistics partner.
If you're new to international sourcing or don't have a regular freight forwarder, no worries. We're happy to recommend reliable logistics partners or help coordinate the shipment.
Please note that all transportation and related logistics costs are the buyer's responsibility.
