• For Ready Stock: We'll check the latest availability and confirm the quantities we can reserve for you. As stock moves quickly, availability is subject to confirmation at the time of ordering.
• For Pre-Orders: We'll coordinate with our supply partners to check the expected fulfillment and confirm the order details with you. Order confirmed with 10-20% deposit

Once your goods are ready, we'll share product photos, a detailed packing list, and the final invoice for your review.
After your payment has been received and confirmed in our bank account, we'll promptly release your goods for collection.
You can arrange pickup from our Rotterdam warehouse during our regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.
